Of all the visitors to Rail Live 2026 did anyone actually physically record the plate of the Readypower DD130 Dozer to confirm which of the 2 machines it actually was?
With the other vehicles ex Fifield arriving at new homes yesterday, this Ego4, the Bance and pump trolley are unaccounted for. They may still be on site but any news appreciated. Thanks
Whilst visiting Readypower at Kingston today, the staff very kindly looked on their system as regards the two new DD130 Dozers. The following is what shows on their database - RR116 is 914124, build 10267 and RRC 610, and RR117 is 914123, build 10265 and RRC 611. Hopefully, this clears up the problem.
This is all getting a bit muddled up and confusing. I have tried to fix the records on the website with all of the information available to me, and at this stage am taking the info in ECC documents to be the most correct source.
10265 / RRC610: (this machine was at Rail Live, plates were checked).
ECC documents & Data Panel list this as 914124-1 & RR116.
Fleet number on machine is (incorrectly) RR117.
10267 / RRC611:
ECC documents list this as 914123-3 & RR117.
Data panel & yellow EVN strip (incorrectly) show 914124-1. *
Fleet number on machine is (incorrectly) RR116. *
*Info from photos on social media - don't think any regular reporter has been close enough recently to confirm. It would be good if anyone who sees this machine could confirm the current info on its data panels.
In conversation with Readypower staff on the stand, I was assured that this is the real RR117, as I pointed out that the white sticker showed RR116, which was put on by mistake. The builders plate showed 10265 and RRC 610. The real RR116 is at Newbury (and is possibly 10267).
Rail gear removed, modified with new cab, plastic wheel arches and bumper removed, carries registration YNU 584S. Identified from chassis number stamped in frame.
Mentioned in the DLR Engineering Fleet topic that this machine has recently been working for DLR based at Poplar. However, no visible sightings have yet been submitted. Has anyone actually seen it during its current visit to GB or previously when in GB?
On a visit to the HNRC / Switelsky depot at Worksop yesterday on the Worksop Whistler railtour, and although the train entered the yard and main shed, two machines could be glimpsed down the far end of the yard, and looked as if they had been there some time. Can anyone confirm whether these could be 73118 and 77909, as they are the only examples of each not seen for a long period ?
Hi Ben - Shall have a check of my photo to see if the number is visible - went there on a Cardiff & Avonside Railway Society visit - have it recorded in my notebook as 98709 - shall also check with other members on that trip what they have it recorded as

Yes - I did, along with another member who pointed the plates out to me at the show - 10265 and RRC610.
Apparently Roger also did per his 17 June post.

The 24th June comment muddies the waters further, and doesn't make things clearer.

Interesting to see this one has been moved from York to Tyne Yard (via Doncaster) last week.
Does anyone know what's going on? Reactivation? Sale (haven't seen any sale notices lately)? Cheers!
