  Visited Heaton Park Tramway on 25th October 2026 with the RCTS. The blue access platform is still there in the shed. A good look around it found no number of any sort. It was bought from Pod-Track for £1!

  We were told that its rail wheels are not profiled for the tramway and they are not compliant with current regulations (no form of braking on the rail wheels so it could run away when on or off tracked) so is only used as a road vehicle, which does 90% of what is required.

  Fifteen years later, I caught up with this machine again!! Thought an up to date picture may be of use to see the machine without it’s previous owners branding, still carries CRR137 fleet no!
